“The latest selection of trousers is really disappointing. I used to love Robell as the colour and patterned/textured fabric used to be so much more interesting. It seems they are going the same way as all masjor brands DULL”

“The Melly trousers arrived next day - your usual efficient service but I was disappointed when after ordering a pair of Marie trousers I received a email notifying me that my order was on its way, only to be followed by a phone call telling me that there had been a mix up and my size was out of stock! Very strange!”

“The jumper I ordered was beautiful as expected but before it even arrived it was further discounted by £15 which rather took the shine off my purchase. Had I waited a few hours before ordering I would have saved myself a considerable amount of money.”

“Excellent customer service and support, but I was disappointed with the trousers I bought. The first pair were not true to the colour on your website, so I bought the same model in a darker colour. This time the colour was right, but the fit of the trousers was not. This pair were larger, and wider at the bottom, than th other pair. I have sadly had to return both pairs.”

“I have bought a few pairs of Robell Rose 09 trousers which I love. Disappointed though when I ordered the Robell Rose 09 animal print trousers which in comparison came up larger so I have had to return and request an exchange for a size smaller. I was advised by customer services that trousers that are not a single plain colour are ‘special edition’ and often vary in size. I have had to pay the return postage so feel this information could be added to descriptions to make customers aware.”

“Lovely clothes but no continuity of sizes. I have a Robell jacket size 16 that is fine all around back and sleeves but I wear open. So I ordered a different jacket in size 18 so that I could wear with button done up. Too tight sleeves and back and advisor said size depends on how busty I am!?. I was told, when ordering, that sizes are as stated, so an 18 should have been fine for me. It has just cost me over £5 and a degree of disappointment to return the size "18" jacket.”
