“The company is fab. I love you The recent purchase of seersucker white crops disappointing. I’m glad I got the larger size as they are cut small. No pockets and I thought they would be more like the KJ brand which are similar but are cooler and a better fit but admittedly more expensive . But as a company you are wonderful with fab service”

“I bought 2 pairs of trousers The first pair are great, the second pair are too big and fall down Same style, same size, different colour I took the label off as I was packing to go away and assumed that the other pair would be the same size”

“I was disappointed when wearing my purchase as the pair I bought last summer is the same size as my new pair but the new ones are definitely smaller... I hadn't worn them until the other day so too late to send back”

“I used to receive items very fast but for the last fee orders it takes weeks for delivery. And of course there is the duty on them.”

“I already have two pair of Joella bootcut jeans, they both fit beautifully with so much stretch in them, the pair I just received were so different, I could barely zip them up, I looked on the fabric label and the Polymide content has been replaced with Polyester, Polymide has way more flexibility, I feel Robell have cut costs, Polyester is cheaper, have returned them, won't be ordering again, at £100 a pair I am really disappointed in them.”

“I recently ordered 2 pairs of 29" Marie trousers, when they arrived they were slim line and they were too tight so I returned them. Very disappointed as I have had about 8 pairs and they all fitted perfectly. I have not had any apology or answer to my comments since.”
