“Not a true fit, too long and loose fitting”

“I love Robell trousers - the ones that fit that is. Great shame that the sizing is so hit and miss. Thankfully, the Bella petite jeans fit me perfectly but I have other Robell trousers in the same size that are either too loose or too tight.”

“I was disappointed that I had to pay for the return because the trousers were not the right fit as most traders do free returns these days . I also paid £4.99 for next day tracked delivery and ordered on Tuesday and didn’t get them until Thursday. I ended up paying £4.99 plus £2.99 return and the trousers were not suitable after all. I will use another company for Robells next time.”

“I had not realised that I had ordered a pair that was super slim - only when they arrived and were too tight a fit that I than checked the meaurements on the screen and realised what I had ordered - a pity. Perhaps Super Slim ought to be printed beside the Size.”

“Normally I would give 4 stars as I have several pairs of Rose full length and capri. Both the website and my local boutique suggest you size up with Rose as it’s slim fit. However, these latest pairs are too big, especially the cord style. I returned 1 pair but sadly for me I had taken the label off the second pair. Sizing is not consistent in Rose style.”

“I have bought Robell trousers in store previously and like their styling. This time I bought online and sadly was disappointed. I ordered 2 pairs both size 14. One pair fitted perfectly, the other was far too small and proved to be expensive, almost £10, to return. I would have exchanged them, but as delivery was rather slow doubted the exchange would arrive before my holiday. Also, colour online was very different from colour received. Consistency is v. important in online shopping.”

“Love the colour and the pockets, but I have them for less than a month and tight section of the pants is getting friction balls. I don't get it on other Bella pants I have for over two years now. Also, these are high waisted in comparison to other Bella models. It bunches uncomfortably in the crotch unless pulled high, which I hate. It's dissappinting that I paid extra 30% for inferior model.”

“I’ve loved Robell pants for years the pairs I have had, some even before the pandemic, are elegant and hard wearing hardly creasing. The quality and styling of this order and a couple from my last order and inferior to the original. I am so sorry to say. The fabric creases immediately and the style is baggy. I’m turning them up as they’re longer than I expected.”

“I want the shorter length trousers 29 inside legs. Came as petite. They are uncomfortable to wear as they seem short over bum to waist. I have been buying them for years and have them in most colours bought from Box 2 very disappointed as I bought BlackMarie short and have to same problem. My old ones still fit perfectly”

“I am over 80 and have lost height, so your ankle grazers suit me best. This time, I still had to take them up, which is why it was a 3 and not a 4. I like the trousers and colour, but was disappointed not to be able to see that you don't have the shorter ones in a warmer material for winter. I love pull ups and your trousers fit me, apart from the length. Please consider making shorter lengths/ankle grazers in warmer materal.”
