“Great trousers. Petite still a little long for me, and could be slightly more hugging to legs but overall quite happy”

“Love my trousers, just wish I'd noticed I'd ordered two different sizes! Annoyingly wore right ones first so didn't notice size of others until I'd taken all labels off...will have to eat more!”

“I ordered a pair of the Robell Marie Paisley Jacquard Trousers, Size 14 (40), Anthracite 97 and a pair of the Robell Bella Paisley Jacquard Trousers, Black Size 14 (40) and the process was easy and delivery quick. Love the look and feel of both pairs - suitable for both casual and more formal occasions depending what you choose to wear with them. They're pricey but can't complain about the quality and love the style. I would have allotted five stars but for the fact the styles fit differently - the Marie Size 14 (40) is far more comfortable than the Bella Size 14 (40) which is much tighter although, hopefully, will give a little over time (or I lose weight!). Consistency would be preferable as I have experienced this before with some more summery trouser styles in the past and I am a consistent size.”

“I returned a faulty item on 12.1.26 and received the replacement on 16.1.26 so great service from Robell. However I had to pay out £3.99 postage to return the faulty item and feel that I should have been reimbursed as I would have kept the item if it had been better quality.”

“I have ordered about 15 pairs of Robell trousers mainly as the most comfortable - can't be doing with buttons and zips these days! Length also great for a shorter person. Only reason not 5 star as I wish all trousers had pockets of some kind even two small back pockets. I do like a pocket as so useful when on the go all day.”

“As I am about 5ft.4ins I have to buy petite size, Is it my imagination or are they shorter in the crutch than regular? If so quite uncomfortable. Would love pockets on all everyday designs”

“Quick and helpful service and delivery of items. Website is clear and easy to use. Reasonable prices. Not only at Robell but I have found sizes this year are proving a problem as I do not seem to fit most trousers in my usual size and the next one is far too big in all the stores I have tried so far. One of Robells did fit but the elastane was too strong and painful for my bad back.”

“The trousers fit well but I was surprised by the fabric. However, I'm sure they will be fine. The colour is very dark brown so I had to compare the trousers with a black pair to make sure they really were dark brown! That said I think they will answer my requirements and I am pleased with them, and the service provided by Robell, so thank you.”
