“I recently ordered a pair of Emma relaxed shorts. They arrived very quickly but unfortunately they really didn't look right on me. I tried them several times as I really wanted some shorts but it was no good. I reluctantly sent them back and although the website said it might take up to 7 days, the money was back in my account within 3. Very pleased with Robell, just sad about the shorts.”

“I am very disappointed that your sizing is not consistent. I bought 2 pairs of identical trousers in 2 colours (size 12) and one fitted fine, the other seemed at least a size smaller. I had to return these as they were just too tight. I did not reorder in the next size up as I have previously bought size 14 to find they have become larger than when I ordered them a few years back, and they are really too big for me! I had to pay £4.25 for the return postage and I am really wondering whether to bother to order from Robell again as I do not know what size to order. I would be interested to know whether you aim to have consistent sizing? I feel the return postage should be refunded to me.”

“For the first time, after years of buying Robell, I had a problem with some jeans, which I bought in April of this year which had faded very badly, so phoned for some advice/help. The young women to whom I spoke was curt and disinterested to the point of rudeness - not something one expects and certainly not if they wish to keep their customer base. Unfortunately the other large Company who who deal in Robell, and whose staff are always charming and extremely helpful, did not stock this particular item so I had to once again buy from So Simply Robell. Time for some lessons in Customer Care maybe.”

“Sizing rather odd. Meant to be a size 14 but came up pretty small so just well it’s stretchy. Also hadn't realised there are NO pockets. Not even a couple of hip pockets. Useless to wear them to go for a walk. Nowhere for phone or tissues! 🤷‍♀️ Happily exactly the right length and comfortable to wear apart from the wait and folding over when you sit down.”
