“Having read lots of the great positive reviews about Robell trousers I decided to buy a pair of black and a pair of the navy. The service to place the order was excellent, the delivery fine too but I have to say I'm disappointed in the trousers. I ironed them inside out and as directed but they are creased and wrinkled on my legs. Not the trousers for me I'm afraid.”

“I have worn Robell for at least 15 years and love them. I am a bigger size and they are generous. Also they are such good quality material that they hold my body neatly and don't bulge. I can't wear clothes from any other store. They were also sent out very quickly which was good. They also don't wear out quicky which is why I like them. I know also that there are lots of other colours and longer lengths”

“I am very disappointed with the service I have received. Unfortunately, I did not receive my order, and despite reporting the issue, I am still waiting for my refund. The parcel was left in an unsafe location without my consent, and it subsequently went missing. Although I have been in contact with customer service, the matter has not yet been resolved. I had expected a much higher standard of service and a faster resolution. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.”
