“I just love Robell Trousers and have done so for many years .I first bought them from a little Boutique in Lanark but sadly as it has now closed I have turned to online ordering . The choice of Colours and Styles are truly Amazing ! They are great value and keep their shape and style plus So comfortable to wear . Very happy with my online purchases .”

“I ordered the Joella Flannel bootleg trousers in size 14 as the description suggested for 'Rose fit' to go up one size because Rose fit (as described by Robell are for bigger tummies and super skinny legs). The trousers were big all over so I then ordered the 12 which is my usual size. Unfortunately whilst the fit was fine over my hip bones and tummy, it was baggy around my backside and especially the thighs. The material was beautiful but the sizing was no good for me so I had to return both at the cost of £11.30 in order to insure the cost of the trousers at £99.99 each pair. I have two suggestions - one that you state some trousers are not suitable for Rose customers at all and secondly that you consider having a returns process, like other companies do. So that for a certain cost, returns and the associated insurance cover is catered for. It has certainly put me off ordering from your company unless I was certain the size was good for me. This is a great pity as your products are high quality and I still do not have a pair of winter trousers that are stylish enough to go out in.”
