“I have yet to receive my parcel. It was delivered apparently 10 days ago but not to my address. I have made Simply Robell aware of the situation but have to wait until Royal Mail find it and return it to me or let Robell know that they cannot retrieve it.I do not think this is a good way to treat a regular, indeed any customer. My order should have immediately been reissued whilst the company chase Royal Mail for return of the goods or compensation. Very disappointed as it has happened before.”

“I have been a customer for some years. I note the majority of styles you now offer are ankle grazers. These do not suit my length of leg... I have always purchased Marie full length. The choice in this style of fabrics is extremely limited. Mainly one solid colour, whilst the ankle grazers are much more exciting. Please consider!”

“I love Robell trousers, I have quite a few in different colours and styles. They are so easy to wear, no sliding down This latest one I've just brought with the ladder effect at the ankle is new to me but I've bought it in white for the summer and think it will look good. I was told to order a larger size because it was a slim fit and I agree, my thigh's definitely needed it”
