“Unfortunately one pair of trousers was not hemmed and I had to return to get re-hemmed as I had worn them once. Hadn’t noticed until after when I checked there was no stitching. Customer service was quick to reply however it is inconvenient having to post back and wait for repair. Would have preferred a replacement sent to me. I didn’t think I’d need to check if trousers were faulty as not cheap.”

“I am a new customer but have many pairs of Robell trousers. I chose two pairs - one Jacquard and one taupe. When they came, I found the taupe to be what I would term "going out" trousers and not the casual ones I wanted. I returned the parcel, requesting an alternative but had a telephone call a day or so later, saying they were not in stock. The lady suggested another alternative which I have now received and am well pleased.”
