“Always great customer service from So Simply. They ordered the trousers that I wanted from Germany and they arrived and were dispatched same day. Robell trousers are comfortable and easy to pull on and off with a wide range of styles and colourways. I ordered Marie straight leg in petite size 12 - perfect.”

“Was so dissapointed when I received Notification from A Post looking for 36 euros and 21 cents before my parcel from Simply Robell would be delivered. I love their clothes but could not afford to pay these charges. Also did not accept charges so package was sent back. Saying that I am still waiting for refund.”

“Unfortunately the wrong trousers were sent but after a phone call to the company help was given and the correct pair were sent out that day, also the return system was explained very clearly. Once they had received the trousers back I had a call to make sure the replacements were correct and a refund of postage was given. Very impressed with the customer service, would certainly use this company again and recommend to friends??”

“Have actually returned trousers on 17th June, not heard anything yet. Lovely trousers, but I ordered Petite 29" and received 31". I have since bought a pair in a local shop and they are altering them for me. I do like Robell trousers and have had a few pairs now.”
