“Although the quality of your shorts is very good regretfully the sizing seems to have changed. I put on last years navy shorts which were fine but found this years items were smaller. Having lost a stone in wieght I would not have thought there would be a problem. I have therefore returned the three pairs of shorts to you.”

“I ordered Bella jeans in dark navy in size 16 and 18 The 18 fit over my tummy but were too big around my legs so returned it. I kept the size 16”

“So easy to order. Great choice. More so now new styles are coming in my short length. Delivery is always prompt Only detraction returns have to be paid for. I know of no other company which still uses this method. I do think if you buy a lot from them this should be waived”

“Now after years of purchasing all my jeans and trousers from Germany I have found So Simply Robell as my favourite all round by far a greater selection, I can talk to an expert regarding something new and their opinion by using my recent purchases and advise upon a new item. No travel expenses or return. Far better than Germany.”

I asked for delayed delivery (due to a planned trip away ) when an item had to be ordered from Germany and then sent on to me This request was carried out and the item sent on my return. I have ordered numerous pairs of trousers and Bella 09 fit has never varied, perfect. Excellent again”

“Great products, beautifully made & speedy delivery. Would appreciate being able to buy a swatch of colour ranges for different styles. This would avoid over-ordering when trying to find a colour match /correct shade. Colours on line are not always accurate. I would also appreciate info as to ordering Marie F/L trousers "SLIM LEG", as opposed to "STRAIGHT LEG". At present it's hit & miss which leg shape arrives & they vary such a lot - hence frequent returns which are costly.”
