“I bought the gorgeous Frandsen Wilma coat in petroleum blue recently. I had a query about the sizing prior to purchasing and spoke to Dawn who was incredibly helpful and called me back just as she had promised. Very impressed with service from her. The info she provided helped me make the right choice re sizing. The item arrived on time and did not disappoint. I have previously visited the showroom and purchased a number of items whilst there however it’s quite a trek from London though very much worth it and is a lovely day out. Thanks so much for an excellent service.”
