“I ordered a blouse for Christmas that looked lovely on the website and even better when I unpacked it after it arrived. Unfortunately it wasn't a good fit for me so sadly I had to return it. I was concerned that the return didn't appear to have arrived so I called and spoke to Abbey about it. She was so helpful and understanding, and said if it did arrive she would call me to put my mind at rest. She called me back later that day to say they'd just received my return parcel. Absolutely brilliant customer service - thank you I will order again.”

“Very disappointed with the quality of the trouser. Cheap and shoddy, overpriced. On line shopping is not for me. I was over the last 25 years able to purchase Robell trousers locally, but since the Pandemic on line shopping has taken over, and so has the quality. It seems to me that they must be made in China and no longer in Denmark where they originated from. Very dissatisfied customer.”

“We ordered on line. When the chilli red trousers arrived they were slightly too large. We returned them requesting a smaller size. Simply Robell kept us informed all the way. They acknowledged return. They kept us informed of progress and emailed to say the replacement was out for delivery. All in the space of two days. Really great to deal with. The replacement trousers fit perfectly and look really great.”

“Firstly what a brilliant service. I had ordered the wrong size but wow that was dealt with soooo quickly. Love the colour of my trousers which will be lovely for my Christmas break. My only thought would be be I would class these as being drop waist, thankfully I have a short waist so not too bad (purchased a petite size, whether this was the reason I am not sure).”
