“Very sorry to have to give So Simply such a low score as I have been buying off them for years with always good results but this time I had to phone them up several days after I made my order as I had not had any notification that it had been dispatched just a notification of receiving my order. I was then told that they didn't have it in stock even though my money had been taken for the order! No email, phone call or anything! They did refund me straight away but as I had ordered the dress for my shortly pending holiday that really didn't help!”
