“I ordered Nena super slim jeans.I already own a pair which I love.These are certainly not super slim wide at thighs and rest of leg .Worn once now all baggy .Disappointed 😢”

“I have worn your excellent trousers for years, like the cut and the shape. However it appears that Germany has decided that I can no longer wear slim leg trousers but only wide or straight leg. I do not like either and they do not suit me. Very disappointed that I no longer have a choice and will not be buying robell trousers in future. Carole Pelta”

“Very disappointed with the quality of the trouser. Cheap and shoddy, overpriced. On line shopping is not for me. I was over the last 25 years able to purchase Robell trousers locally, but since the Pandemic on line shopping has taken over, and so has the quality. It seems to me that they must be made in China and no longer in Denmark where they originated from. Very dissatisfied customer.”

“I purchased a pair brown trousers couple weeks ago, so much dye came out on hand washing I mailed robell, asked for a refund Of £79.99 I was told this happens sometimes No one was helpfull The trousers I have given to charity Absolutely disgraceful reply, so will never buy again from this company I own about 15 pairs already, and all have been fine In future will shop at the company ,whom actually look after there customers Not this company”

“A cautionary tale. I've been buying Robell trousers for years, even visiting the HQ in Dorset. I bought my trousers in February this year, but I didn't open them until September. I was excited to put on a new pair, only to find they were about 3 sizes too big, they were labelled with my size. I called Customer services and they said I should have sent them back within 6 months, so wouldn't be able to replace them. I lost £89.99! I asked to speak to the manager and she called me back 2 days later to say they would replace them. I was so pleased. I sent them back at my own cost. Today a received a call to say they couldn't replace them as a label had been cut. These trousers came out of the package as I had received them. I feel so upset that I have to fund the factory's mistake. All together I am out £95.00. So, just be careful, get your returns back quickly and try them on as soon as you receive them. Suffice it to say, I will not be buying any more trousers from Robell!”

“Unfortunately after ordering many pairs of trousers from Robell over the years, I recently had a poor experience. I ordered 2 pairs trousers - one in navy blue, one in white, tried on the navy and they were great so took label off both ready to wear. Unfortunately I then later tried the white trousers on and they are practically "see through/transparent" and not of the quality I expect from Robell. The Customer service were not prepared to accept the white trousers back without a label - implying it was not their problem and they were less than interested in resolving my dissatisfaction with the quality. I will therefore not be ordering again unless i have a refund for those trousers.”

“I wasn’t really happy. I purchased 2 pairs of trousers at a cost of £150, I then ordered one of the pairs in another colour, the next day they were reduced so emailed to ask if I could have them at reduced price with spending so much, they said no. So I had to send them back and reorder which cost me money and the environmental impact of it all.”

“I am very disappointed with this pair, I was given the same pants over a year ago and loved them so much I got a second pair the fabric in the new ones has gone fuzzy and shabby and I've only worn them a couple of times.”

“I recieve the Sunday Palmira dress but sadly the measurements on the size chart did not relate to the dress I received. I'm a 10/12 but the dress I received measured 42 cm across the bust not the 52 cm as per the size chart. Sadly returned it.”

“Service was great but the shape of the garments were terrible. I had previously purchased several pairs of shorts, cropped triuser and full length trousers probably at least six pairs. All were a great fit and shape and still are. These shorts are dreadful. Sorry. I am sending the second pair back.”
