“Unfortunately I never received my order. I have ordered many robell trousers through So simply, and recently the service has changed from being a reliable service. I ordered some navy trousers, apparently in stock and expected delivery 2 days later, they didn’t arrive. I phoned customer services to be told they didn’t have stock and was expecting them in on the day of ordering. Unfortunately I don’t believe that and can only assume they didn’t t process my order. If they didn’t have stock they should have called me, honesty is the best policy.”

“Lovely quality dress but although I ordered the large which it says is 16/18 it was still too tight and I am normally a 16 so I had to return so size up.”

“Sadly had to return majority of my order as trousers were far too short. I’m 5’5” and ankle length ended mid calf. Also, found size 12 waists to be tight. I’m a 10-12 in most brands. Beautiful styles and material, so I’m really disappointed.”

“Tried them out, ordered 2 items the more expensive was smaller than the cheaper pair of cropped trousers, both were meant to be the same size. Sent one pair back, costly to return but service was very good. Credited my account within 48 hours.”

“I have lots of Robell trousers and love them. I'm a 10 in Rose 09 and like full length. I've tried navy but it was really dark. £9 postage to return in time as I had been on hold when they arrived. I can no longer get beige so went for size 10 in Bella. Huge! More return cost. Please bring back beige full length in Rose 09 and advise on the right navy! Ann”

“Helpful conversation on the phone when trying to decide what size to buy of a new seercuckervtrousercas the cut is different. I bought 2 different sizes in the end in 2 different colours. I was disconcerted to find the size 12 fitted and the size 10 was a size bigger than the size 12. Makes it very difficult to decide what size to buy especially when you have to pay for returns snd the sizing is inconsistent”
