“My choice was Cinnamon , unfortunately they were brown when received, so have returned them and as yet have not had a refund”

“Sorry returned trousers, I didn't like the material. I have previously had Jacklyn style in petite fit. I understand they are no longer available. I phoned your sales department but they were unhelpful.”

“Product arrived very quickly and well presented. I am confused regarding sizes. I was advised to take a size down on trousers so ordered 10, instead of my usual trouser size - 12. I have ordered 2 x tops, both size 14, however they are either tight underarm or over the bust. I am not the shape where I wear size 10 bottoms and size 16 top! Sadly this means I will probably return all items purchased as I find sizing so unusual!”

“Lovely jeans but slightly faulted. The inner seam on the left hand leg keeps twisting round to the front. I'm not a seamstress som I can't say exactly where the problem lies, but there is a definite manufacturing fault here which needs addressing. Because I really like the jeans otherwise, I've decided to keep them, but won't be buying another pair until this issue is fixed”

“Your sizes seem to be getting smaller and the fit is not as good. I will be keeping the trousers as they are OK but will think twice about ordering again.”

“Really disappointed as at last I found the colour trouser I have been looking for a long time, ie. majesty purple. I ordered the Marie style in petite in a 14, but unfortunately they clung like leggings. I did like the Jacklyn style but they didn't have purple colours available. I also looked at Joella but again didn't have any purples.”

“I bought the white jacket, fits well material stretchy but completely see through. This does not reflect the photo where the model is wearing a black T. Quite expensive.”

“I have returned the pale pink happy jacket. I liked the style but because it a pale colour you can see through the fabric..... the pockets were visible through the outer fabric and the stripes on my top also showed through. I was disappointed and not sure if I will order it in a darker colour.”

“Love the Product. Unfortunately, the trousers were incorrectly labelled (inside 12, outside label 10) and I received the wrong size. I followed the instructions and returned them via Royal Mail for an exchange. Please note So Simply only offer £4.95 refund for postage. Royal Mail charge £8.95. When I queried a full refund for the postage I’d paid, this wasn’t an option, which I found disappointing given the reason for the return was due So Simply error.”
