“Can't fault the ordering and delivery but I was a bit disappointed with the quality of my recently purchased seersucker Marie crops. The material is so thin, really don't feel like a £75.00 pair of crops, I thought they would be more special. I won't buy this type again as I don't think they are worth the extra.”

“I’m afraid I had to return my dress. I could see that the fabric was lovely but it just didn’t fit me in the right places. I ordered a small but it was far too big in the bust and neckline. Lovely print and fabric but it just didn’t flatter me.”

“Sadly, the white petite jeans I ordered were not as expected. I should have looked more closely at the photographs to see that they have a back seam. I was expecting the same style of jeans as I have ordered in the past, i.e. pockets front and back. Can live with faux pockets, but not a back seam!”

“Love the quality of the trousers but disappointed that there is a charge for returns which is not the case with other online shopping retailers I use eg Seasalt. Makes it more expensive to try different styles/ sizes to find best fit.”

“I have bought Robell trousers before. The quality is very good. I ordered a size 10 and unfortunately had to send them back due to the fact that they were ginormous. Far too long in the leg and the leg width was to big. These would have fit a size 14 lady who is much taller than I at 5'4".”

“I was trying to find another pair of the trousers I already had because they are v good, useful, good fit etc. I spoke to an advisor but she couldn’t identify what I needed. I bought what I thought was similar but it isn’t the same tho’ ok and I will wear. When I spoke to advisor again she seemed to give up. What I found difficult to understand on the site is the feel of the fabric.”
