“I have been wearing Robell for some years and yet this last pair that I ordered are smaller and tighter and the ones I already have which were actually quite loose. Quality of the make remains.”

“Unfortunately recent purchase being returned, pull on not stylish enough and jean style ones with pockets too long”

“It would help if you could track your delivery. I was notified of the dispatch date but it took a further 9 working days before parcel arrived. At least give an estimated delivery date if tracking is not an option.”

“This is my second pair so I obviously like them. I bought the short style but they are still far too long for me and the leg design makes them very difficult to shorten. I'm 5'4'' which I think is a reasonable height. I will not buy another pair unless you make them easier to shorten”

“I have several pairs of Robell trousers and find them great. However this pair were not so good. For some reason they were damp when they arrived. Tho they are shipped from Germany they are made in Bulgaria and the quality was not so good. Tho the label said slimfit the legs were very wide. I sent them back and will probably replace with Bella 09 jeans which are excellent.”

“Fabulous trousers. Fit is perfect. Quality is great. I bought a few pairs to try on with a view to keeping the best ones. However, I was not happy that I had to pay the postage when I returned the ones I didn't need. The Web site states free delivery in its promotional emails. It's not so upfront regarding paying for returns. 3 stars only because of returns. The rest of the service is great and they have a good website.”

“Have several pairs of your trousers and 7/8 length ones, which are so comfortable and I love wearing them. However I do so wish you would make some with pockets, especially back pockets I find it very difficult carrying phones or tissues and not having any pockets, especially wearing them all day having to carry a phone all the time , I am sure I am not the only person that would like some pockets Please think about this”

“The service was good and delivery excellent. However the crop trousers were returned as I felt they were too long on me I’m only 5‘3“. And also I disliked the eyelet detail I felt they would feel uncomfortable when crossing one’s legs I prefer the older basic style but then that’s just my preference. This is why I gave 3 out of 5 normally I would give 5 to any other Ronell product as I love the trousers generally. Thank you”

“I love Robell trousers having purchased several pairs over the years. However, I must admit to being disappointed with my recent purchase. I ordered the Rebell Bella Petite denim jeans in brown (38). Firstly the colour is very dark and looks to be black and not as the close-up looked online. Secondly, the fit is not as comfortable as previous trousers; they feel quite tight despite me weighing less. I regret removing the tags and now being unable to return them. The trousers took longer to arrive than usual but it was between Christmas and New Year and everything is being disrupted with more Covid cases.”

“I have purchased Bella Needlecord before and they are a perfect fit but sadly I found the purple too bright and it would not go with purple tops already in my wardrobe which are much darker. Accordingly I have returned the trousers and requested that they are replaced with black which will be more suitable for me.”
