Loved the speed at which it arrived in NZ and the product is great. Was a little hard to assemble it and needed to adjust things a little bit but got there in the end

We ordered the SnuzKot Skandi 2 Piece Nursery Furniture Set Slate. Today we made time to assembly it and found that the SnuzKot Skandi Changing Unit draw closures that go underneath each draw we’re stuck together. The reason is that they been packed into the boxes without the paint drying so they were stuck together and when we pulled them apart paint came off. It seems that the product was packed without proper quality check for the product to ensure that the paint is dry. I am very disappointed we spent half a day assembling the cot and changing unit. We would like for you to arrange for replacement bottom draw closures in slate colour to avoid the inconvenience of packing all the equipment and returning it. I am happy to provide pictures see below and video of how he damaged items look like. Please arrange for the replacements to be delivered at the same address as soon as possible

I ordered a crib and my order stated that the goods would arrive the next working day. After 4 days (without any communication from Snuz) I emailed asking where my goods were. A colleague named ‘Liv’ responded saying that there was a delay with the delivery company and if I didn’t receive the goods in another 5 days, to get back in touch. I wasn’t happy with this so emailed back. Another colleague called ‘Holly’ promptly replied, investigate and had my item on a next day delivery. The item was delivered today. Holly was very efficient and professional. Liv, on the other hand was quick to blame the delivery company and say it had nothing to do with Snuz. Communication overall extremely poor but Holly was very good!!

We're sorry to hear that you had a more negative experience to start out with, however thank you for recognising Holly's quick efforts at resolving the issue at hand. We have looked back through the tickets and can confirm that standard policies were being followed by Liv and it just happens that when you contacted Holly, the time frame would now been deemed as lost, which is why a replacement was issued. Very comfortable ( tried it when was resting u folded after delivery? fits cot bed well. Very clever design.

Currently spent the best part of the evening trying to build this and still not manage to complete this. So cunningly enough I will be phoning customer services tomorrow as after several attempts the basket will not sit in and then the sides keeping coming apart

We were not sure which unit we had so oreder the dpole to find out it s too short. It would have helped if the dimensions were in the description. Due to its cost not worth returning so having a local company make the modifcation or a pole made

Snuz are our favourite sleeping bags for our baby. They are really good quality, a lovely thickness and have lots more room inside them for our baby to move around and stretch out compared to other brands such as Tomee Tipee which we find to be quite restrictive.

Wrong order (my fault!) I bought the wrong mattress for a Snuz pod 2 when I have a Snuz pod 3. Despite it being the September bank holiday weekend (& not expecting any response), customer services refunded me immediately and cancelled my order. Very speedy customer service.
