The delivery driver delivered the package to an unknown house so I never received the original package. After a lot of emails and process they finally sent some of my items out, which I have now received. But I am still waiting on one more item which I haven't had any updates on and have re-chased.
Not a fun process to go through when you are 7/8 months pregnant and ordered this about two months ago now.
I wouldn't use their website again.
