"The shipment could not be delivered due to an address error. The shipment is redirected and forwarded to the recipient." And I wrote my address properly, so I do not know where is problem, I bought Xperia XA2 leather book case.

The screen protector broke the first time I took the phone out of the case, also touch screen not good.

I am unhappy with this purchase as it is not fit for purpose and the buttons if the phone do not work. Samsung informed me that the S10 plus has a built-in screen protector. Does Snakehive not know this. Why do I need to increase sensitivity of the keys? I will be returning for refund. Sorry.

The wrong size screen protector was sent. After several emails nobody has resolved this for me. Very disappointing

Well, it's not rocket science. I ordered something : it was delivered on time, big deal. You get a very poor because this is the third request for a review. I've already given you two good ones but because your'e pestering me I've left a bad one, so na, na, na, nah, nah!

Item was dispatched fast but I was disappointed with the item as it felt cheap and the wrapping around the phone case inside the gift box was crumpled and damaged. As this was a gift I really was not happy as it had clearly not been packed with care as the outside of the box was damage free. It could have been replaced when the person packing damaged it but they obviously did not care enough to do so. Would not order from Snakehive again.

The magnet is not powerful enough to keep the case closed unless you have only one card in the case and nothing else. It arrived scuffed and snake hive requested photographs of it. I couldn’t be bothered to converse. Guess you get what you pay for.

Didn't have all the stickers so when I pressed the sheet onto the screen it left lots of lines.... so not very happy.

I am not happy with my purchase. When I was looking to order I did research and found that your products are made from cow hide/leather. There was no mention of pig skin being used. I only found out after the item arrived that it pig skin. A Customers service rep confirmed that my model has pig skin. I will be sending my case back for a refund.

Very disappointed look nice. But it hard to keep clean not worth the money

I am very sorry to hear that you are not happy with the finish on your case Our cases are made from Nubuck leather which has a soft finish and will naturally develop a patina. To clean the case we recommend that you carefully wipe the cover with a nubuck or similar soft cloth using a circular motion. Brush with a nubuck brush to remove dirt and dust. Spray with a nubuck cleaner, from leather retailers or online, and work well into the leather. Allow to dry thoroughly and then use brush to restore the nap to its original condition. I'm sorry to say that I advise you not to buy this product...I bought for iphone 11 and had to return it as the fit was so poor. Phone would fall out, couldn't actually use the buttons and you'd have to take the phone out of the case to take a photo.
