“It's is a nice case but the quality isn't as nice as the S9 case.”

“I got the plum phone case and a screen protector. The case is great quality but the box it came in was really rough with the seal being brocken. The Plum colour looks more like brown than red. Looks red in the website. The front of the case Had a little scratch mark on the leather. I stuck to the instructions for fitting the screen saver. However, it drove me mad as it would not stay down onto the screen at one side and had to many air bubbles under it.”

“Although the case comes several beautiful colors and is very durable, it tends to look very used in a short time. Other than this, it's a great protection for my phone and I appreciate this!”

Thank you for taking the time to leave us your feedback. Our Vintage Leather Wallet cases are made from a soft Nubuck leather, which can sometimes be similar to suede at first, and especially when new they will naturally show marks which will add to the character. Primarily, nubuck is thicker than suede, so far more durable. To the touch, suede feels more velvety and nubuck tends to feel a little more like leather. Nubuck also tends to be less porous, which you won’t see at first sight, but you’ll appreciate, as it’s easier to maintain. Over time and with regular use, the top layer of leather will begin to wear down and the case will develop a rich & smooth patina finish. Wear on each of our cases will vary depending on its use, which will add to the unique character of your case. To clean your case we recommend that you carefully wipe the cover with a nubuck or similar soft cloth using a circular motion. Brush with a nubuck brush to remove dirt and dust. Spray a cloth with a nubuck cleaner, from leather retailers or online, and work well into the leather but do not over saturate the material. Allow to dry thoroughly and then use brush to restore the nap to its original condition. I hope this helps however please do contact us with any further enquiries 😊. “Yes, the quality of the cover and leather is good, fitting is accurate, too; first, I ordered an "almost perfect" S22 Ultra Cover but was disappointed, as that was not almost perfect, but with the many visible scratches on the cover. I emailed customer support, and that was OK; they asked me to return for a refund and gave me 15% off for my next order. However, once I asked for a return label, they refused! Why should I pay for a return as the item they sent was "NOT as Described"?”

“Goes on great easy to apply, feels like a good quality one. But, everytime I put it in my snake hive case a corner lifts up, I've tried putting it in the case so many ways yet still a corner peels up 🤷🏻‍♀️”

“I have always purchased snakehive phone cases but I was a bit disappointed when I received the case for the pixel 7 pro. Where the leather does not cover all the case at the back spoils the quality of it. I must admit I would have returned it if it wasn't personalised.”

“It was not what I expected. I emailed company and was told that you did not have the type of case I thought I was receiving. Therefore, I will use this one until I am ready to spend money again to receive the versatile type of case I though I ordered.”

As explained in our recent correspondence, unfortunately we do not manufacture cases that clip in to place when the front cover is folded to the back of the case. This feature is not shown on our website or on any of our advertisements, so we can only apologise for any misunderstanding. “The case arrived fairly promptly and on first viewing looks fantastic. The leather is beautiful and the iPhone SE (2020) phone fits perfectly. I chose the wallet type as I need to keep my cards with my phone. This is where things started to go wrong. The card slots are very tight and I know they should loosen up with use but why make them that tight right from the start? I had great difficulty getting my card out of the top slot (of three slots) and the others were difficult too. When I managed to get the card out of the top slot and I noticed that the edges were covered in some sticky gunge (that was not there before I put it in the case), which was not helping getting the card out. I contacted Snakehive customer services and they very promptly provided me with a replacement. Sadly, the replacement also suffered from the same problem, though to a much lesser extent. I went back to Snakehive customer services and asked for a refund, as it seems they have a manufacturing problem with this style of case. They refunded my purchase price promptly. I am very disappointed because the case is otherwise lovely. I give them 3 * because the case is generally nice and the customer services were very friendly and helpful but the product is unusable for the purpose it is intended.”

“Lovely colour and improved section where you insert your phone. Very protective to phone. This is my third from Snakehive. However, disappointed stained with slightest thing within first day, now I remember why I didn’t want to order the suede again but was fed up with other colour options. Be good if company had more choice including patterns.”

“The card slots and document wallet are too “tight” so that the front cover doesn't close flat when they are being used. Since this was one of the main reasons I chose this product I’m disappointed.”

“Arrived in good time Good quality leather cardholder spaces are tight but leather stretches Phone holder good fit and acts as a bumper if you drop your phone It is more bulky than I would have liked and there is no magnetic strip to activate when the phone when you close the clasp. Not sure I would buy again more cheaper versions out there that do just as good”

“After following the instruction on the video I still got air trapped under the screen also the sick on tabs dent sick? I'm still using the screen but a strep of air runs the full length about 1 1/2 in from the left and the same on the other side along the edge I'm disappointed with the installation video and will be removing the protector.”

“My last Snakehive case was expensive but lasted 3 x years so was good value for money. When I changed phones I recently bought a new one. Unfortunately it’s not so good as the front of the case is not flat - instead it’s bevelled so doesn’t protect my phone as it should due to the gaps at both ends.”

“The case is well made and finished in good quality leather/nubuck....... Disappointed couldn't charge the phone without removing it from the case with the charger provided by Apple when purchased. Some comments on the Snakehive website about this - could be much clearer ie have to remove it from the case to charge if using the charger provided with the iPhone. I found this a bit inconvenient”
