“I’m very disappointed with my phone cover. I bought 2 - one for my husband in navy - which is great, and a plum one for myself. It marked as I put my phone in it and now it looks years old and shabby despite being under a month old”

I am very sorry to hear that you are not happy with the finish on your case Our cases are made from Nubuck leather which has a soft finish. To clean the case we recommend that you carefully wipe the cover with a nubuck or similar soft cloth using a circular motion. Brush with a nubuck brush to remove dirt and dust. Spray with a nubuck cleaner, from leather retailers or online, and work well into the leather. Allow to dry thoroughly and then use brush to restore the nap to its original condition. “Complete waste of money this is definitely not made for this phone upscaled from a s8 or s9 doesn't stick on properly to screen, not touch sensitive at all!! and cracked at the slightest touch actually going to seek advice on getting money back dreadfully product very disappointed ex customer”

“Very poor quality! I received my case and within a couple of days it started to fall apart so I was sent a replacement. The replacement did exactly the same thing. Will never buy from Snakehive again!”

“Ordered a phone case a week ago this Friday but it never arrived. Contacted Snakehive on Wednesday and they gave me a Royal Mail link to track it. According to Royal Mail they delivered it last Saturday at 9:01. I was out but my wife was in so they certainly did not deliver it to us. Checked with the neighbours. Went back to Snakehive and they contacted Royal Mail. Still waiting to hear back this Friday at 5:00 PM.”
