I bought a case for a Samsung S24 ultra from them. I wouldn't recommend using their leather cases. After only 3 weeks the leather gets worn and looks like it's very old. Contacted customer support for a refund and the message that I got back was "Regretfully we can only accept returns for unused cases as per our returns policy which you can find here:" How can someone know upfront that the case will wear out so fast so they can keep it new. I would suggest TORRO cases, they are 100% identical the only thing is that they use real leather and they accept returns regardless of the product. And I'm using a wallet from them, after 3 years looks perfect.

purchased twin pack screen protector for my note 20 . fitted the first one but didn't lasted long ,so I decided to change for second one I had . bad mistake, it took me an hour to remove the old screen protector as it was stuck so hard to the screen I literally had to pick it off bit by bit with a feeler gauge , also used steam and heat to warm the glue but didn't help that much . new one went straight in bin and did not use. will never purchase from this site again.

The screen protector I purchased didn't work on my phone. My touch screen wouldn't work properly at all. Despite the instructions to attach it being rubbish and not tallying with the tools provided in the pack, I spent time researching how to attach it online. The protector was fitted correctly in the right place with no air bubbles, but the thickness of the glass seemed to desensitise my touch screen. I've now taken it off and thrown it away - complete waste of money.

Shocking quality for the money. A replacement was offered and sent free of charge yet this as no better. When explaining that it was faulty and I wished to return the seller(Snakehive Direct) made it very difficult, and claimed they would not be providing a shipping label. Thier attitude soon changed when I bought up the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Shame really as I really wanted to like the product and the brand but I cannot recommend. Time will tell if they honour the refund on its return.

I followed the instructions to put it on but ended up with bubbles which, despite the extensive use of the tool provided, I couldn't get rid of. I then tried to remove and replace the protector in the hope of achieving fewer bubbles but this just mean it shattered so I threw it away.

The phone case was advertised as being a s23 ultra and it clearly didn't fit my phone which is 6.8 inches wide so very dissapointed that I was miss sold this item and clearly wasted 34 pound on an item I can't send back so thankyou for that....

Haven’t had my phone cover for very long but it looks quite scruffy already It’s the brown leather one I really didn’t expect it to scratch in my bag but it has and looks rough Considering my last leather phone case was in my bag for 2 over years and it looks newer And nowhere the same price I found this not great value at sll

Hi, Thank you for your review & for your purchase with us, and I'm sorry to hear that you are not happy with the finish of your case! As explained on our website, our Vintage Leather Wallet cases are made from a soft Nubuck leather. This leather can sometimes be similar to suede at first, and especially when new, the leather will naturally show marks which will add to the character. Primarily, nubuck is thicker than suede, so far more durable. To the touch, suede feels more velvety and nubuck tends to feel a little more like leather. Nubuck also tends to be less porous, which you won’t see at first sight, but you’ll appreciate, as it’s easier to maintain. Over time and with regular use, the top layer of leather will begin to wear down and the case will develop a rich & smooth patina finish. Wear on each of our cases will vary depending on its use, which will add to the unique character of your case. To clean your case we recommend that you carefully wipe the cover with a nubuck or similar soft cloth using a circular motion. Brush with a nubuck brush to remove dirt and dust. Spray a cloth with a nubuck cleaner, from leather retailers or online, and work well into the leather but do not over saturate the material. Allow to dry thoroughly and then use brush to restore the nap to its original condition. I hope this helps however please do contact us with any further enquiries 😊. I bought the first case of this company 2 years ago, I was delighted with it. Now I bought another one because I have a new phone, what was my surprise and disappointment that by cutting the case back the magnet will not fasten it anymore, only the flap hangs and interferes with use. I don't know why the company changed it. Now it's just not comfortable and annoying;( and it was my favorite case;(

Your new Vintage Leather Wallet is hand-crafted from genuine nubuck leather, and like all good leather products, it will take a little bit of time and use for the leather to stretch. Please be assured that this is totally to be expected for a new leather product. The leather & magnetic clasp will begin to stretch & soften over a short amount of time & with use, so that you can fold the magnetic clasp back on itself. We would recommend placing a card into each card slot which will allow the leather to stretch & use the case as you normally would. However, the case that you have ordered and received is fully compatible with your Apple iPhone 14. One of the worst cases I have seen ever. Fitting sucks never fits into the hive( as the brand name proclaims). I felt it was a very cheap material and wastage of money. Totally disappointed. I just thrown that case into waste bin immediately in few minutes after I received it.

As mentioned in my colleague Liza's previous email from Thursday 1st December, if you hadn't received your order by Friday 2nd December, we offered to process a fully tracked replacement order for you. Apologies if you did not receive this! Please do accept our apologies again on behalf of Royal Mail for the delay with your order arriving. The strike action on 24th, 25th, 30th November and 1st December, as well as upcoming strikes this week & next week, have caused us no end of grief and has also caused frustration for our customers too. I can only apologise for any inconvenience. We do offer UPS as an alternative to Royal Mail at the checkout stage of our website so I can only apologise if this was missed. Please be assured that we are not trying to make excuses, however we do have to wait a certain amount of time before we can deem an order as officially 'lost in transit' with Royal Mail, which is standard practice for most online retail companies. I'm sorry to say after many snakehive products this one is very poor. I was expecting a vintage leather case I did in fact recieve this suede case.. On contact with Emily she said me it was nubuck leather and would age nicely.. It in fact looks very scruffy and as if it's been kicking around a dirty workshop for a couple of years! I couldn't get it changed apparently because I'd had it personalised..I advise not have this done as this has the look of silver foil letters.. But I could of lived with that.. Very disappointing. Will buy another brand! Prob another ocase.. Very good quality..
