“Not a nice product. Looks and smells like faux leather not genuine so posted back at my own expense awaiting refund.”

Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns on products that do not have a manufacturing defect but we do offer a 30 day no quibble returns guarantee if you are not satisfied with your purchase. “This was an awful product, and you are an awful deceitful company. I'll never order any products from you. The phone case I bought was cheap and nasty. Oh, the pictures in the internet made it look very reliable, but after it arrived, it soon fell apart. I hope you emotionally corrupt shower are pleased with yourselves.”

“I wanted a leather phone wallet as I have always bought from you and been very happy, hence why I ordered again from you for my new upgrade, but although it was leather it was nubuck and completely useless to me. I have returned it today and was not impressed that I had to pay £1.50 postage 😢”

Thank you for taking the time to leave this feedback. I am wondering if you have previously ordered Pastel Wallets from us in the past, instead of Vintage Wallets which are Nubuck Leather. Our Pastel Wallets are top-grain leather which is more of a smooth finish. “Not happy with this purchase. Awful. Don't bother buying if you want and are expecting a case to fold back n lie flat against your phone. Wouldn't recommend. NOT fit for purpose or the money they charge.”

The leather on the case does start off being quite stiff to fold over, however with time and use the leather will become much more supple and you will be able to fold the front flap much more comfortably. We have found that this issue occurs on most cases, even the official Apple folio case. To eliminate this, you need to negate the void between the two panels by ensuring that the cover is folded completely back on itself, particularly by the camera area. By pressing the front cover firmly closed so that it is flush with the back of the phone, this should make your calls crystal clear. I would urge you to please try this solution, as I am confident it will solve the issue immediately. However, if not you can turn off the noise cancelling feature in the settings on your phone which should solve the issue immediately. “Only had the case three days and the material came away when it caught on my car seat belt . Inferior quality and have sent it back to the supplier. Suggest not all cases are this poor from this supplier but this one is .”

“I bought a case for the wife to suit an iPhone 6s. The problem is the case doesn’t fit the phone very well, I had to use teaspoons the way you would use tyre levers to get the phone to fit. The ports are not accessible, the phone has to be removed from the cover for charging. I don’t think the plastic part would last very long (even if it fitted the phone). Nine vintage burgundy leather though, and personalisation a nice touch.”

“I am sad to leave a negative review, I just got this case for Christmas and only from storing it in my back pocket has it become this worn and stained, I thought the case was leather but that is just the inside, the outside is suade and therefore wears very quickly, hense in the few days I've had it, I would have rather just had a leather case and don't feel this was clear in the description.”

“I got a new phone and so bought a cover for it from SnakeHive who now email me twice daily!!!!! they must be thinking i am about to buy a new phone cover or some other leather goods on a daily basis. the phone cover is fine but the constant email follows ups despite unsubscribing every time i get one, is a pain,,,”

“I recently bought an iphone cover for iphone 8 (leather case vintage chestnut brown wallet). Since using it, people cannot hear what I say and I have to take the phone out of the wallet for people to hear me clearly. It's very frustrating as it looks great but blocks my voice. All other things are great (delivery /service etc)”
