Desigmed to fail at magnetic latch. All other threads strong, lat h threads fell apart after just over a year. They state normal wear, rest of case in great shape, never got wet or hard use. Leather belts,shoes,coats last for years because they use the proper type of thread for a moving piece. This item uses cheap wro g thread amd when it fails as planned they offer a few percent off a replacement. Alot of money for not much more than a years use.

As our team let you know in our private communication we have passed this on to our Product dev team looking to improve our design and stitching as much as possible. Furthermore, we have launched a redesigned version of the magnetic clasp as we love actioning customer feedback. We're sorry to hear you've been disappointed. We understand completely where you're coming from and we empathise. As our policy stands at the moment we do offer a standard 12-month manufacturing warranty and for some of our newer models we offer a 25-year warranty and a 2-year warranty. Regretfully anything beyond that does classify as normal wear and tear depending on the use of the case by each individual. We do wish we could be of more help here. It is our understanding that the Customer Care team in an effort to rectify our relationship offered you 2 discounts, an initial discount which is part of our policy and then upgraded that discount significantly as a gesture of goodwill. However we do appreciate this is not the solution you wanted and again, we do wish we could be of more help here. If in the future you upgrade to one of our models covered by our 25-year lifetime warranty please rest assured this won't happen again. We truly wish we haven't lost you as a customer. Took the very smart looking passport holder on holiday last week and although it looks good the passport slot is too tight fitting and the boarding card slot is too small to use. As you repeatedly need to show your passport there was no time to use the wallet. If I hadn't had the wallet personalised I would have sent it back. As it is leather the passport slot may stretch I have put the passport in and will leave it until my next trip.

Lovely product but sadly despite it supposedly being compatible with 3rd generation iPhone SE 2022 the rear camera aperture wasn’t right so when the flash engaged the photo image was distorted. Snakehive did send a replacement but same issue. Can’t fault their customer service though as full refund processed quickly.

Had my iPhone case for 2 years and it fell apart. Will not buy one of these again which is a shame as I did like the finish of the leather.

Not happy with order for mobile cover as does not fit mobile for which it was ordered by mobile number. Used same number and ordered elsewhere and received cover with perfect fit.

Although this case looks nice as you can see you should be able to stand it up but I'm afraid after several attempts it just topples over which is annoying. I would have returned it but I had my initials put on so unable to return. I wish that I had purchased the wallet one like I had before which was brilliant

Your new Vintage Leather Wallet is hand-crafted from genuine nubuck leather, and like all good things, it will take a little bit of time and use for the leather to stretch. Please be assured that this is totally to be expected for a new leather product. The leather & magnetic clasp will begin to stretch & soften over a short amount of time and with regular use so that you can use the stand function with ease. We would recommend placing a card into each card slot which will allow the leather to stretch & use the case as you normally would. I do apologise for any misunderstanding with regards to wireless charging capabilities for our Apple iPhone 14 Vintage Leather Wallet. As explained in our recent correspondence and on the product listing on our website, our Vintage Leather Wallet cases are handmade & due to the thickness of the premium leather we use to manufacture our cases, we are currently unable to guarantee that these cases will work in conjunction with the Apple MagSafe wireless charger. When charging your phone using a MagSafe charger, we would recommend that you remove your phone from the case in order to best optimise the wireless charging function. If you are using a standard wireless charger, we would recommend using a wireless charger that can reach through at least 5mm of depth. Fits the phone perfectly and interior finish is great. However the external finish is suede like and so shows every mark and blemish so it constantly needs to be cleaned. It always looks dirty. Would much prefer an external finish like the inside surface.

Our Vintage Leather Wallet cases are made from a soft Nubuck leather, which can be similar to suede at first, and especially when new they will naturally show marks which will add to the character. Primarily, nubuck is thicker than suede, so far more durable. To the touch, suede feels more velvety and nubuck tends to feel a little more like leather. Nubuck also tends to be less porous, which you won’t see at first sight, but you’ll appreciate, as it’s easier to maintain. Over time and with regular use, the top layer of leather will begin to wear down and the case will develop a rich & smooth patina finish. Wear on each of our cases will vary depending on its use, which will add to the unique character of your case. To clean your case we recommend that you carefully wipe the cover with a nubuck or similar soft cloth using a circular motion. Brush with a nubuck brush to remove dirt and dust. Spray a cloth with a nubuck cleaner, from leather retailers or online, and work well into the leather but do not over saturate the material. Allow to dry thoroughly and then use brush to restore the nap to its original condition. I hope this helps however please do contact us with any further enquiries 😊. The phone wallet arrived quickly and visually looks great. I have tried to slide two credit cards and a driving licence into the three slots, with extreme difficulty. Once fitted, I was unable to remove them without the use of pliers. It turns out that the glue used during the assembly process had covered the edges of the card and licence and effectively prevented their removal. for a pricey product not very happy.

3rd time I’ve bought a snakehive case, have to say very disappointed this time round, downgrade in quality and you can’t bend the case to allow hands free watching like you could on older cases, plastic interior is now bulkier and less attractive. Won’t be buying from them again.

The bad: Poor design for holding credit cards. Top cover will not lay flat having just two credit cards, my driver's license, and my Health ID card placed in the THREE provided slots inside the cover. The slots are also not WIDE enough to have these conventional sized cards fit in so they can be pulled out to use a card without difficulty. The slot needed to be less than a millimeter wider to be what would work. If there were an additional slot to divide the cards up so the thickness of the cards didnt all meet/stack in the center of the cover, the thickness/buldge created by the cards stacking on top of one another wouldnt happen and the cover would lay flat. I bought another brand that has the additional slot allowing the cards to be spaced further and it makes where they meet and stack thinner so it works..This other cover isn't as pretty as this SnakeHive cover is. The Good: I LOVE the fine quality of the leather used and the actual build quality other than how you laid out the card slots. What a shame it's function for this is lacking.

The leather does not cover the entire phone holder as it was likely that the leather would easily peel away from the phone holder over time & with use, as the area where the leather would be adhered to is quite thin due to the large camera size. I have to say I loved the case for my Note 20 Ultra, so I purchased from snakehive again for my S22 Ultra. Unfortunately, I am not as impressed with the case for the S22 Ultra. The phone comes out easier than I would like for one. The actual phone frame is visible on top and bottom of the snakehive case holder as if the plastic formed case is slightly to large. Additionally, the flip cover has a tendency to not lay flat on the screen and likes to slip away from the edge of the screen, thereby not protecting the screen very well. The leather smells reat and sewing looks top notch. While I would love to recommend this case, for as much as it costs and shipping, I expected better.

I received my purchase just recently and find it is great except it seems to be collecting marks and there should be no reason for this. Is it because it is a light colour which is Seal. Perhaps I should have purchased a darker one? Could you please look into this for me?

Bought 3 of these for 3 different brand new phones. Followed you tube instructions to the letter but still didn't get one of them to stick without bubbles and around the edge. One cracked on the corner after 3 days.
