“The overall production of the manual is good, but the print size is too small for my normal reading purposes. I need to return this manual, as previously discussed with one of your customer service representatives, named Linda. I need this manual printed in A4 format, with the font size of over 10.00 points. PLEASE CONFIRM THE PRINT SIZE USED IN PRINTING THE A4 FORMAT.”

Hello I have just crossed referenced the manual we have with the online manual and they are the same. We only get the manuals from the manufactures we do not write the manuals ourseleves.

“Exactly what I needed and in clear English . The only difference is that the Samsung device numbers are not the same here in NZ as in the U.K. , otherwise everything is identical ; and it was the device number that upset my initial objection . “I needed the manual bec I didn't receive one with the phone. So I am basically happy that I now have it. The problem is that I find it difficult to read because the printing is too light and too small. I don't think I would purchase another one in the future.”
