“So far I have found the manual to be exactly what I expected it to be and I am satisfied that it will provide the information I am seeking. My only disappointment is that I attempted to order a spiral bound version of the manual.”

“I originally ordered the E6 PLAY manual in error, I meant to order an E6 manual. You said I could return the E6 PLAY manual for a refund, but it costs more to return it than it cost. But I liked the format of the manual. Then I ordered the E6 manual. When it arrived I was disappointed because it was in a different format. I guess to save paper, you printed the pages sideways, so you could get two pages on one page. But it made the print smaller and hard to read. I would like the E6 manual in the same format as the E6 PLAY manual. That is, printed like the E6 PLAY is printed. Sincerely, Larry Anuta Larry@larobot.com”

“I e-mailed this Company and explained exactly the Smart Phone I had, as so many different ones about. This Company quickly and correctly identified exactly the instruction / user manual I needed. I ordered 7:00 a.m., by the afternoon it was printed and posted to me, received via Royal Mail the next working day. Have used this Company for other manuals for all sorts of electric items. Much easier to look at a hard copy of a manual than an on line one. Very happy with this Company, recommend them 100%. Used padded envelope to avoid damage to manual”
