Hello The order was sent around the time Royal mail had a cyber attack. This halted all international mail leaving the UK. Unfortunately seems a few of our customers orders have gone missing in the postal system. I will resend the order.

“I followed up for my order since I didn't get any kind of status other than thanking me for the order email. A few days later I asked for them to provide the tracking number. They emailed they were delayed due to a cyber attack with ransomware. I decided to cancel my order. Too bad, since it's hard to find printed and mailed manuals online.”

Hello I am sorry you are having problems with the manual. I will resend the order in A4 size this will increase the size of the text making it easier to read.

Hello The order was sent around the time Royal mail had a cyber attack. This halted all international mail leaving the UK. The order went out on the 26th January with a tracking number. On checking this number the order has been delivered.

Hello Your order was in the postal system with Royal mail when they had a cyber attack back in January. This attack halted all international post. This was completely out of our hands. They have just started back shipping internationally so your order should arrive soon.
