The manual ordered is a Samsung manual we have no say in the contents of the manual. It is produced by Samsung and will contain information on how to use the phone.

I am sorry the manual took a while to reach you. we use Royal Mail and towards the middle of January they suffered a cyber attack. This halted all international mail leaving the UK for a few weeks. As you can imagine there was a back log of mail to process and get through the system once they were up and running again. Unfortunately your order was held up by the back log.

“I ordered it on Feb 3 and it just arrived yesterday. (but funds were taken from my account right away). I contacted OTC many times asking for my money back. I was not able to get on the web site because some large advertisement popped up and blocked the page. Also I was unable to use the phone (without a manual) so I returned it. Now I have a manual I can't use. NOT Happy with the transaction and I'd still like my money back.”

“I ordered the Manual on January 28th. I am unable to rate the quality and completeness of said, Manual. The problem is that I have not received the Manual. I would truly love to get the Manual so that I can begin using my Cell Phone. This is my first Cell Phone. I have tried tracking my purchase. I was told to expect delivery by February 9, 2023. The last response I received was that the Manual was (supposedly) leaving the UK at 8:16 AM on February 15, 2023. That was a lie! Is there anything you can do to help?”

Hello The order was sent via Royal Mail with a tracking number and messages when checking is from Royal mail. Once in the hands of Royal mail we have no control over the delivery or messages sent. I have checked the tracking number and can see the order has been delivered.

“Ordered on Jan 8, 2023, and on Jan 9, 2023, someone used my credit card info to purchase $149.97 without my permission (it probably went thru a 3rd party) - since the card I was using was a prepaid credit card I have put in a claim and have to wait 90 days (starting Jan 27, 2023). Then of course the other two elephants in the room. 1. The item was purchased on Jan 8, 2023, and was delivered on Feb 6, 2023. 2. And the other purchase of my cameral manual (purchased by my husband on the same day using my credit card) took just as long to arrive but in a separate envelope. Seems like a waste of paper and postage? Ordering was a pain in the butt because the website was not CLEARLY marked that the phone site was different from the camera site and you have to pay separate shipping charges! The reason for the two or more websites at first felt like you'r double-dipping on the shipping charges, but maybe it is a legal or accounting reason? Still felt misleading.”
