“I found this guide brilliant. I am not into technology and although I could do the basics of phoning and texting, that was my limit till I got the manual. Yes, some bits are still beyond me but little by little I'm picking up something new and understanding the phone a little bit more. Give me time and I'll discover all the bits I want to know. Many thanks. This has taken away my fear of pressing the wrong button!”

“I cannot give you a very good review as I have not had a chance to use it very much. I was very disappointed when I spent 2 hours with the manual trying to set up Bixby. I finally called a Samsung help number and talked to someone who wasn't sure but told me my cell was probably not a high enough level for this service. I have a Galaxy J3V Since my order stated what level I had, I never expected something described In the book would not be for my level of phone. I am not sure at this point if I will use a cell phone”

“Nicely packaged with spiral binding, arrived promptly and in A4 type. Content could be more detailed rather than directing the reader to a website for more info! As a manual is likely to be read by beginners (more experienced users would not find the need to consult a manual!) less jargon or an explanation of the jargon used would be helpful.”
