“I’m really pleased with my manual. I bought a reconditioned phone which didn’t include a manual. I am not IT savvy and therefore found it very helpful and explanatory. The presentation was good especially the ring bound edges.”

“It tells me everything I need to know and I can bookmark the pages too! Unfortunately the print is quite faint and some of the diagrams are unreadable. Hence the low rating.”

“The print was too small, just because you have the ability to print in a 10 font doesn’t mean people can easily read the pages. The printing was way to light, needed to be much darker, it looked as if you were running out of ink or something. I was very disappointed in this manual. Especially since it cost me a total of $26.00.”

Hello I am sorry you are having trouble with the manual and the text size. 99% of the time we have customers who find the A5 size manual fine. If they have trouble once receiving the manual just drop us an email and we are more than happy to resend in a larger size. Regards Julie

“I purchased the phone for my mom who’s 90 years old and doesn’t have a computer so she couldn’t download the manual. I feel the manual should come free with the purchase of the phone so I wasn’t happy to pay the extra money.”

Hello I am sorry we are a separate company to Samsung we download the manual, print and bind it into a book for our customers. All most all of the companies do not supply manuals these days they expect the customer to go on line on their websites to view the manual. Regards Julie

“A godsend! Some of us 'old fogies' NEED information in the form of a manual. We were brought up on reference books, and having that point of reference always to hand. Bits can be highlighted, notes can be made. They can be viewed repeatedly whenever the need arises. When I purchased my mobile phone recently, there was nothing in the box to aid and assist my understanding, and NOT ONE WORD OF ENGLISH! I was SO pleased to have been pointed in your direction. There are a great many of us out there who just can't manage with a computer screen. We need the real deal, so THANK YOU!”

“It was a great disappointment and a serious restriction on the practicality of the manual to find that it lacks a convenient and practicable index. The early pages list the various topics in sequence, but these are not indexed with their relevant page numbers . The only means of locating a topic is to do a visual sequential search through the book page by page. Very time-consuming and very disappointing!. Another problem is the small size of the pages - and hence the small typeface sizes which can be difficult to read. A manual I purchased some years ago for a Motorola smart phone was supplied in A4 format, which is much more convenient for reading.”

“I always find it much easier to assimilate instructions etc in writing. I suppose it's because if at first I don't quite understand, I can simply read it again without having to press anything! I wish I had seen this sooner. But thank you now.”
