“I purchased the phone for my mom who’s 90 years old and doesn’t have a computer so she couldn’t download the manual. I feel the manual should come free with the purchase of the phone so I wasn’t happy to pay the extra money.”

Hello I am sorry we are a separate company to Samsung we download the manual, print and bind it into a book for our customers. All most all of the companies do not supply manuals these days they expect the customer to go on line on their websites to view the manual. Regards Julie

“A godsend! Some of us 'old fogies' NEED information in the form of a manual. We were brought up on reference books, and having that point of reference always to hand. Bits can be highlighted, notes can be made. They can be viewed repeatedly whenever the need arises. When I purchased my mobile phone recently, there was nothing in the box to aid and assist my understanding, and NOT ONE WORD OF ENGLISH! I was SO pleased to have been pointed in your direction. There are a great many of us out there who just can't manage with a computer screen. We need the real deal, so THANK YOU!”

“It was a great disappointment and a serious restriction on the practicality of the manual to find that it lacks a convenient and practicable index. The early pages list the various topics in sequence, but these are not indexed with their relevant page numbers . The only means of locating a topic is to do a visual sequential search through the book page by page. Very time-consuming and very disappointing!. Another problem is the small size of the pages - and hence the small typeface sizes which can be difficult to read. A manual I purchased some years ago for a Motorola smart phone was supplied in A4 format, which is much more convenient for reading.”

Hello I am sorry you are having problems with the Sony manual. We are a separate company to Sony and have downloaded and supplied the manual they have made available for you model. I am happy to resend the order in A4 size this will increase the text making it easier to read. Regards Julie

“I always find it much easier to assimilate instructions etc in writing. I suppose it's because if at first I don't quite understand, I can simply read it again without having to press anything! I wish I had seen this sooner. But thank you now.”

“So far it is looking good.My wife and I are in our 80th year so tend to look study it as and when we need to. I f there were any complaint it would be that the print on the edition that we received was faint i.e. not bold.”
