“Overall a good book .Print is legible and the ring binder pages make reading easy .One improvement in my view would be a hard back for the front and back.”

“The information was fine. However the problem was finding it - there was such a gap between the relevant sections for each different phone. And the other problem was the illustrations were very difficult to see and read as they were so very faint. I am coming up to 78 (on Christmas Day) and I had real problems even with reading glasses. Once I could decipher the text it was fine.”

Hello We have sent you the manual that is for the Apple iPhone. Unfortunately Apple manuals will cover all the models that are able to operate on the current iOS software. Regards Julie

“The manual was well bound with solid covers making the it easy to use. The main text was very easy to read but the coloured script and page numbers were faded and difficult to see. Overall I am very pleased with the document I received with the exception of the observations I have previously noted.”

“I find it more convenient to refer to the manual while learning the way around a new smart phone. This obviates the irritation caused by having to leave the on screen manual to view the facility on another screen and back again. The manual is very useful.”
