“The manual should expand to cover texting and photographs to be sent with text. I am nearly eighty and live by myself and this is the first proper mobile phone, so please forgive me for being slow but the manual was very good”

“Thank you for an efficient and swift service on all three of the manuals that I have recently purchased, absolutely five star. Just a small suggestion if I may, for us oldies and our less than perfect eyesight, it could be a good idea to offer versions printed in A4 format with larger print, even at a slightly higher cost, it would make life a great deal easier for us. “A5 is an ideal size. It's worth asking for the spiral-bound version as the manual then lays flat. Good clear plastic cover on the front to keep the manual free of finger marks. Very speedy service, a couple of days is all it took to receive my copy - I'd still be printing it off manually at home. Pretty good price too, saves time, energy, paper and no fear of paper jams!”

“19 days and I still don't have my manual. Contact them and I just get the sameform letter back, so NO custo.er service!! Do Not Buy from OTC Ltd.”

Hello I am sorry the manual has not arrived. We would of emailed back asking for you to confirm we have the correct address. Also due to covid the postal systems around the world are seeing delays. We use Royal mail airmail first class. I can see from our emails we replied to an email on 23rd April asking for you to wait a little longer and if it had not turned up to email us back and we would resend it. As we had not heard back from you we assume the order had arrived. I will email you directly to see if it has now turned up. Regards Julie

“I’m glad you guys exist because smartphone makers are too cheap to include manuals with phones. I’m in PA USA and was a little worried dealing with another country UK. But the manual was delivered as quickly as if you guys were in USA.”
