Hello We are in the UK and orders to the USA before covid took around 14 working days but we are seeing delays in the postal system as staff are having to working with in covid rules. I will email directly to see if you are still waiting for the manual.

The manual we sent was the manual that Samsung make available for the device you have I am sorry you found it not helpful.
