“Written in clear easy to understand English; not too technical. I use Duk Duk Go whish clashes somewhat with Google .Perhaps a bit more about search engines would be helpful And yes an index. However a very useful manual indeed .Details about Instagram seems slim.”

“I am 81 yeas old. I wanted manual to help me use the phone.. It is a Sony Experia XA2 H3113. The writing is so small I can only read most of it with a magnifying glass & some of the instructions & symbols are not on the screen on my phone, I especially wanted it for my camera..the symbols shown ..they are not on my screen even in a different place!! & when I press some symbols the follow up instructions does not comply with mine. So after waiting for it I am very disappointed. My brother recommended you & I have seen his book & the writing is quite a lot larger & I could read his.”

“This is not a complaint more of a request. I am aged 88 years so my eyesight is no longer 2020. If the text had been a little larger or printed in bold it would have been easier to read. I give the manual a 5 star rating.”

“Although quite bulky, it has been easier for me to get used to my I-Phone. Going from a flip phone to an I-Phone has not been easy, but these manuals answer (I think) every question there is. And I really appreciate having the option of getting the manuals in a larger print.”

“I have found it helpful to have a printed book to refer to. I am disappointed in that I wanted to put my e-mails on my new phone, but there were no instructions, so I had to find out elsewhere. Other than that what I have looked up has helped a lot.”

“The original manual i ordered was the spring binder type and was good for opening the pages and laying flat but the print was to small and a bit to faint in parts for my eye sight, getting on a bit. After contacting OCT they t sent me a larger version, excellent service and a very detailed and informative manual. Thanks OTC will use again. Keith”
