“Jeff, I found that although your books are full and complete as far as information is concerned the lack of a detailed index makes finding the exact details of a problem very difficult and time consuming”

I'm sorry you found the manual a little frustrating. Please bear in mind that we can only supply what is made available by the manufacturer.

“The manual contained most of the information I needed, however the print is so small that I have great difficulty reading it with my 77year old eyesight.I I have already done a review as above and the situation remains as above.”

“The manual has been very useful, particularly when I first had my phone. However, I would imagine that the majority of people needing a manual would not be young, like myself, and although I have fairly good eyesight I really struggled to read it. The print is small and very pale and I need a magnifying glass to read it. I hope this can be taken on board for the future.”

Sorry you thought the print was too small. This is difficult for us. If we print the manual very large people complain it is too big to carry around. Tomorrow we will send you, free of charge of course, the manual printed twice the size. This will address the issue of the small text size.
