“Hi I think it will come useful in time I have only started recently to read it to try something new but the print is so small l have to use a magnifying glass to read it. I like the spiral wire backing it most friendly to use. If could read the try I would have given lt full marks Rikki”

I'm afraid we don't write the manuals. We just print what is written by the manufacturer. If you are unhappy with the manual you can always return it for a 100% refund.

“The manual appears to be written for people who already have an iPhone to learn about the changes to the iPhoneX. My iPhone 8-plus is my first Smartphone so it helps me almost not at all because I don't know the basics and terms.”

“The manual is much better than the material supplied with the phone, but it still assumes too much technical familiarity in parts for many older users and it is too sketchy in other places, for instance the single page on operation of the radio, which doesn't explain how to set up the favourite frequencies or delete useless frequencies which one has accidentally selected in the process of finding the main ones.”

“Helpful but would benefit from the 'faded' bits of the original being addressed. Would be even better if the print could be enlarged for those of us who are not in the first flush of youth! Issue of small print was swiftly addressed and, at no charge to me, a large print copy was sent, brilliant !”

Very sorry to hear you weren't completely happy. There is nothing we can do about improving the faded images, but I will arrange for a replacement to be sent printed twice the size, free of charge. This should help with reading it.
