“printing very light small hard to read, is it not possible to have enlarged print slightly to make it better to read, I have to use a magnifying glass to read it, we are not all as young as we once were, to offer copies of instructions you should make sure that the copy is readable THANK YOU”

“I purchased the manual for my wife when she obtained a smartphone hoping that it would assist in learning to use the phone,however she is not a technical person and the manual was difficult for her to follow. Perhas it would be a good idea to have a manual that simply explained how to make telephone call send a text message and use the internet!!! soperpeter@yahoo.co.uk”

I'm sorry we don't write the manuals. We just print and bind what is written by the manufacturers. If the manual is of no use please return it for a full refund.

“Contents are clear and concise but assume reader is familiar with the terms used, also an index would be very useful but the manual is still usable as a reference source without it.”

I'm afraid the manuals are written by the manufacturers and we just print them. There is nothing we can do about the content itself.

“This manual needs to be written in a "dummies" format. I took some photos and still can't figure out how to send them to an email address. I will have to ask someone who is more knowledgeable. There needs to be a logical sequence starting with the basics of calling and receiving voice and text, and the gradually bringing in increasingly complex operations. I am an old dog trying to learn new tricks.”

“Manual received promptly by post. Only real criticism was that the numerous images included in the text were small and more than difficult to read / identify. Text itself was clearly legible. Thought the content of the manual itself, Samsung's responsibility, was poor when referred to in isolation, i.e. without additional reference to computer help screens. I had been hopeful of receiving something more akin to e.g. 'Samsung Smartphone for Dummies' with more detailed instructions with examples and and appropriate screen shots but that was clearly not the intention of this manual. Regardless I am pleased with the purchase and it has helped me better understand the device covered, my first smartphone.”

“It's ok. Not happy that it sheds minute pieces of the paper everywhere when using it. Poor quality finish really. Had to take the books outside and give them a good shake to get rid of all the debris.”

“The manual came well bound and has a nice presentation. I was very disappointed that the manual does not come with an index. There is a Content section, but when you have a problem with a particular issue there is no index to guide you to that particular thing. The manual is over 250 pages, so reading it all to find one small thing just isn't an option.”
