Hello I am sorry we can only supply what the manufacturers make available on their websites. Apple i phones work by the iOS software on them and the manual covers the software which can be installed on all the models of i Phones.

“While the print size is just about acceptable for comfortable reading, the fact that the publication covers at least six classes of Phone, this makes for a ridiculous number of pages. If there had been a manual for each class, say IP 11, IP X, IP 8 etc etc, they would have been physically manageable. Now, with this version, we have to treat the item as a reference library and bookmark the sections that relate to one's particular phone. All in all, this version is not what I really wanted.”

Hello I am sorry we do not have any control over the contents of the manual. The iPhone manual is the same one that Apple have available on their website to view.

“I need more detail, sketches, and would prefer hands on training. I'm too old for this technical world of today but bet you youngsters would have a tough time handling some the tools I used at your age.”

“The print is so small that many people with not perfect vision are unable to read it without a magnifying glass. this includes a number of senior citizens. The ones who need the manual the most.”

Hello As we are a separate company to Motorola we have no input into the contents of the manual. We simply sent you the manual that is made available by the company Motorola.

“Nicely packaged with spiral binding, arrived promptly and in A4 type. Content could be more detailed rather than directing the reader to a website for more info! As a manual is likely to be read by beginners (more experienced users would not find the need to consult a manual!) less jargon or an explanation of the jargon used would be helpful.”

“Published by the supplier of the phone, I was hoping to find an illustrated list of all icons used by the device on page 1. In my view vital & fundamental. I stumbled on page 44 which lists some icons - but that page isn't listed in the "Table of Contents"! It needs a proper alphabetical index. I give that as an example. The manual has many other detailed shortcomings, and I have to go to other sources for guidance - Samsung helpline is useful, also trial & error experimentation. It reminds me of Haynes manuals for car maintenance. It could be a lot better - nevertheless you're better with it than without it. This my first smart phone. I realise I have a long hard slog ahead to fully understand it & get the most out of it.”

Hello I am sorry you are having trouble with the print in the manual. We are a separate company to the manufacturer and simply just print the manual they have available on their website. I will resend the order in A4 size this will make the text larger and easier to read.

“The instructions are easily understood but the "tapping" examples shown in circles are poor and almost impossible to read. These circles are probably colored which prevented them from being readable when the manual was printed.”
