“Just what I needed to work out what I can do with my galaxy A51 phone as it didn’t come with a manual to show how to set it up so I am well pleased with my purchase of the manual and would definitely use OTC again if I need another manual. Would recommend them to anyone looking for printed manuals.”

“My phone wasn't listed so I email a request for it. Immediate response with reference to it. Ordered and paid. It arrived in the post 2 days later. Good quality manual. I find a paper manual much easier to use than an online guide.”

“I moved from iphone to Android and am a competent user. I am 76 but only stopped work last year. Your manual on A12 assumes knowledge i did not have. Perhaps it would help if you explain the words you usemore thoroughly. Or use a 'dummy' to test this changeover. Everyone in my age group (60-80) finds the tech has become difficult. I have been told by Tk Talk to use my grandchildren which i found irritating and unnecessary! I have worked on simplifying manuals from camera mfrs and find the same assumptions. Please try harder to keep updates explained and make basics much clearer. I use my phone help to rectify muddles but it can be frustrating. Maybe a manual for beginners or less experienced like the Dummies computer books of old. I would say the manual is 50% helpful, 25% unclear and 25% needs amplification. Meant to be helpful. LQ”

Hello I am sorry you found the manual not helpful. We simply supply manuals that the manufactures make available for their phones. We do not have any input on the contents of the manuals.

“Ordered for my wife so she could understand how to operate her new smart phone. We are in our 70's and not tech savvy. Excellent manual and the extra for spiral bound invaluable. Arrived within 2 days.”
