“Email arrived 3 days before the manual arrived! Can’t read it as the writing and symbols are just too small. This is quite unacceptable. I’m returning it. Please arrange refund.”

I haven't had a chance to read it yet but it looks clear and concise.I can see that your advice re the ring bind version was good too because if you are looking at your phone and trying to read at the same time it would be so annoying if the pages kept closing on you.”

I'm afraid we don't write the manuals. They are written by the manufacturers. There is no simpler manual.

You ordered a test report not a manual! The test report was 3 pages. The manual is over 500 pages.
