“Being an elderly non technical Smartphone user. I find this manual a life saver. Everything is set out in easy to understand segments, with plenty of diagrams to go with it. An excellent purchase. Who knew a mobile phone could do so much ! highly reccomended.”

“Just what I was after. Got the Samsung S23 Ultra and want to make the most of using it - especially the camera. So much easier with a hardback user guide and this fits the bill perfectly. Easy ordering and prompt delivery. Would highly recommend”

“I haven't had a chance to go through the whole manual as of yet. I am still trying to find my way using the cell phone. I am 77 yrs. old and this is all new to me and I have a difficult time understanding procedures.”

“An awful lot missing for beginners like me who have never owned a smartphone. It does not compare well with a larger manual I purchased for an ordinary phone from another supplier at the same price with much more information.”

Hello There was a mix up as both surnames were the same. Yes we had the email and was looking into the problem then you called and we corrected the problem. We are small but very busy company and sometimes actions take a little longer.

“FIRST OF ALL I'M 80 YEARS OLD...NEXT THIS IS MY FIRST SMARTPHONE...AND I'M NOT THE MOST TEC SAVY PERSON...AND LAST I HONESTLY HAVE NOT FOUND ANYTHING IN THE MANUEL THAT HELPED ME. THINGS LIKE "HOW TO DELETE AND UNDELETE" TEXTS...WELL ENOUGH OF THAT - I'M NOT SENDING THE MANUEL BACK, I'M NOT ASKING FOR MY MONEY BACK BUT, LAST, I WON'T BE RECOMMENDING IT TO ANYONE. “With the help of this manual, I was able to set up my new smartphone without any problems or glitches. It has served its purpose completely. On top of that, I have learned things about my new phone and what it is capable of doing just by really reading the manual. My last comment is that the manual is readable in the size of the print. Information that comes in the phone box is so small that its just impossible to read. Problem solved with the manual I bought. Well worth the price.”
