“Needs to be written in a simpler manner. Like: finding and deleting your phone messages Finding and deleting your text messages. You talk about messages, but don’t specify which kind. I have yet to find my phone messages!!! And I’m not going to add any cost to do so!”

“The manual was supposed to be one for the smartphone I have. Not one thing in the manual matched anything on my phone. I wasted $24.90. No one ever called me about this issue.”

“Being new to smartphones (I don't have a signal where I live), I have been floundering around with little help from friends who are so used to phones that they assume too much basic knowledge on my part! I needed to find out slowly for myself what to do and how to do it. So far the User Manual has proved very good at that and it looks as if I shall master the device in the end. I still do not have it set up for home use via my wifi so any practical use has to take place where there is a reasonable signal. The delivery was very speedy and spiral binding with clear plastic covers will ensure it stays smart and usable. Excellent service as experienced in the past (some time ago!).”
