“I'm an 86 year old ex-librarian who uses a Lively red phone, didn't ask for the MOMO and doesn't have any kids/friends to teach me how to use this one. So I'm slowly reading your very good manual and finding it helpful. As an older person, I have to figure out some of the terminology---I retired 20 years ago when we had flip cell phones . Thanks you very much for writing very carefully and for explaining the language.”

“This was purchased for my sister, so I have not yet seen it, but she says that some of the pages in the middle of the manual have been inserted out of order, but this doesn't prevent it from being used and understood.”

“Just what I was looking for. I like to have something in my hand to read when learning about a new item. The manual arrived quickly and the spiral binding is a great addition. It's good to have something to refer to without having to squint at a screen. The printed manual will get lots of use in the coming weeks and months.”

“This is my first smartphone so I am on a steep learning curve.Without this manual I would have been in real difficulty but it has been like a teacher by my side guiding me through the various functions. The A5 size is comfortable to handle but some users may find the print too small. For me this has been a very worthwhile purchase.”
