Hello I am sorry the post is out of our control once it enters the postal system. Due to covid fewer planes have been leaving the UK the post can get transported on. And only recently has the USA allowed domestic flights back in. Hopefully now more planes are leaving the UK for the USA the post will arrive quicker.

“The company was very informative and the product was quickly delivered. It was a present for an elderly relative to help her get to grips with the basics of smart phones and she seems to be happy with the product. I struggle to keep up with the latest technologies and when I replace my smartphone in the new year I shall be using one of the manuals as I prefer to read instructions at a leisurely pace in sync with the phone actions etc.”
