“Please thank the young lady who answered the phone and went to a lot of trouble to find out why I had not received my manual. She made sure that I got another the next day by !st. class post. She is an absolute treasure! Look after her. She does your business a lot of good. I am severely dietetic. I have difficulty reading a monitor screen, tablets and phones are not much better. Paper is the only answer. So with your product I am a happy bunny! The original manual turned up a couple of days ago. There must be some one in the post office who can actually read addresses All the best Neil Peppe PS. Do you want the original manual back?”
