Your response to my original complaint has now been received. I understand that the cost of coloured printing would be prohibitive (though I think you could make it clearer that the guide would be in monochrome). I greatly appreciate your taking steps to send me an A4 version as that will make it so much easier to read (given that I'm in my 80th year).
