Sorry we don't write the manuals, we just print and bind what is written by the manufacturer.

“The Manual is very extensive because of the diversity of the iPhone. However the table of contents is clear and enables easy navigation through the manual. This has enabled us at 73 years old to start to use most of the features the phone has to offer.”

“The "Manual" is actually 2 separate manuals totaling 506 pages covering 13 different IPhones, a bewildering and almost overwhelming array. I have only begun to go through the manuals but already wish they had been reduced in pages and simplified to one particular phone.”

The iPhones are basically identical. That is why Apple write the manual for the software rather than individual models. Everything in the 506 pages is relevant to all 13 models.

“I think these guys are the tops. they took my order, acknowledged it immediately and said I would receive my order in about a week. I mailed and asked if they could be a bit quicker and they sent it the next day! How good is that? You don't get better than these guys I think they are great!!!!”

I'm afraid we don't write the manuals. We just print what is written by the manufacturer. If you are unhappy with the manual you can always return it for a 100% refund.
