“I am a first time cell phone user at the age of 82 and the manual assumes I'm already familiar with this type of technology. I struggled to find out how to make a call and add a new contact. I found most of the information bewideringly complex. This is a review of my own inadequacies, not the manual's.”

“It teaches the basics which I am fond of. I didn't really find anything wrong with either the pictures or text of the book. Where can I get a DVD that teaches me more information about Samsung Galaxy smartphones? JPS.”

“The picture on the advert was slightly misleading as it was in colour green and arrived as a greyscale print. I ordered it for my mother who prefers to read a manual to get used to her new smartphone as she's 91. Cheaper to buy this than use up ink cartridges at home.”

“I purchased my first smart phone in late Septmber, 2021. The tech told me its use was mostly intuitive. If you have never had a smart phone before this is definitely not the case. It lay on a shelf frustratingly unused. Then I discovered that the user manual had to be downloaded and printed. This is a cheap fix for manufacturers. Now that I have your excellent manual I will be able to enjoy my smart phone frequently and learn to use it with ease.”
