The service on my order is the worst I have had!! I ordered the manual on March 12th and as of today, I don't know where it is AND it can't be tracked. I would like to cancel and get a refund, but doubt such a company would permit that. It is extremely disappointing, to say the least. I have lost one months payment on my cell phone acct. just because I do not have a manual to guide me. What is the solution?? Sharon Spencer
