“I only ordered it yo find out how to be on a call and put that on hold and answer second call..it was not part of the manual. Wasted money”

Sorry we have no control over what is in the manuals. They are written by the manufacturer and we just print and bind it. You can always return it if you are not happy and we will credit you in full.

“I asked for a Moto Power 2020 and received a Moto Power Manual. Each phone is different. Therefore, it was not much help to me. A waste of $20+.”

“Made many purchases from OTC and this one is of the same excellent quality. Electronic versions of manuals are fine but I find that paper copies, particularly spiral bound ones which can be opened out flat, are particularly useful for just dipping into whenever I need a bit of informatio quickly.”

“Good company to deal with, but shipments takes to long to get to the customer. I can't return either manual, can't use neither one of them because it cost me over $100.00 to ship them back without a shipping label from your company, so I'll try and sell them here in the US in my area. Return shipping is more than the cost of both books. I'd call that a "Catch 22" Live and learn I guess.”

“Not suitable for a complete beginner. Couldn't even find how to get my number or what a sim card is. Or how to use the charger plug. Not worth the money.”
