“This is the second Manual OTC have printed. I have been thoroughly pleased with both, the latter ordered on behalf of my brother-in-law, and have been excellent helping understand how each mobile phone works - absolute treasures!”

“Excellent product and service from Smartphone-Manual. Like most people, I find it too tedious to read online user guides, particularly when they run to 100+ pages. This was my first experience of this company, but I would whole-heartedly recommend; the print quality is excellent and delivery was very prompt. I purchased the spiral bound version so that the manual lies flat when open and it's certainly well worth the small additional expense, especially if you are holding your smartphone while trying to follow the text. Price-wise, I think this service good value for money.”

“The Doro 8100 phone manual is very useful as a reference point; much more useful than having to refer to a computer PDF file. Even printing out that file would not be practical to carry around should you need to! Ideally more iilustrations would be very useful akin to those already on your website which verb to press and displayed on the phone image. More illustrations to guide we newbies, to show each phone display details and similiarize users with during the learning process. If this would creatd too many more pages to the curreent manual then why not publish a second manual to boot! Conclusion: definitely useful but currently too limited in presentation.”

“I have had many manuals for mobile devices and cameras printed over the years by OTC, and the standard has never dropped. The printed manuals always have an excellent finish, and the delivery is second to none, usually arriving the next day. It has been a really good experience, and I wouldn’t use anyone else.”

“This review is more about the of the manual, rather than the service provided by this company in supplying the manual. My wife is 85 years old and has difficulty in trying to operate her mobile phone, which she only requires to make and receive calls and texts and take the occasional photo. As an example, I would like to quote one of the first guides entries - To make a call. The first instruction says Type in the phone number. - There is no instruction to show which screen she should be in to enable her to type this number. When she opens the phone and tries to type in a number, nothing happens! The manual does not explain what to do to get to the point of typing in a number. My wife has also received a text asking her of her comments on this new phone - she has given this phone 0 out of 10! However this comment is rather aimed towards the phone and not Smartphone-Manual.com so anyone who takes this review into account when looking for a manual show be happy to use this company for the service it has provided. It is a pity that the phone manufacturers dont use so much common sense.”
