“I have recently purchased a manual. I thought I was ordering a manual for my new iPhone 16 Plus but the manual as received (which is nicely made) covers all iPhones. Not quite what I though I ordered.”

“A good and clear collection of very usefully explanained information. However, the first (Welcome) chapter has a glitch in the layout of the sub-titles! Each sub-title comes on the page after its section instead of before! The rest of the chapters have any sub-titles in the correct position - namely before the section they refer to. Otherwise printing and binding to the usual high OTC standard.”

Hello Unfortunately Apple only make the full user guide for your iPhone as an on screen manual. We have put together a manual for beginners to the iPhone, and this is what was se=nt. If you are unhappy then please return with a covering letter.

“Not worth the money. Print is very small. Front cover pictures = index/ manual guide very unhelpful. This was bought for 87 old already having problems with learning smart phone. This is my 2nd manual from you, I don't remember the first being so unhelpful. Very disappointed.”

Hello I am sorry we simply print the manual the manufactures make available for your phone, we have no control over the contents. You can return with a cover letter for a refund.

“I'm 82 and find it difficult to read instructions on the device I'm using. I'm much better where I can see the written instructions in front of me. I have over the years bought instructions for phones and my Ipad. So much easier. I find them a bit like the Haynes manuals for cars.”
