“My first impressions werenât great when I didnât receive communication or the item for almost two weeks. It seemed they had sold me something they didnât yet have - took my money yet couldnât fulfil the purchase. The phone was my daughterâs main 16th birthday gift so we had a deadline to meet.
However when I reached out and made this clear to customer services I was impressed by them offering me an upgrade in an available different colour. “An easy and smooth transaction. The phone has been used for the past 2 months and performing well. The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is due to the phone being sold in âpristineâ condition. This may be only for functionality but pristine to me would indicate its appearance also. The phone had quite a few surface scratches on the screen when it arrived which to me would not warranty a âpristineâ rating. Obviously it was not used with a screen protector previously. We had one ready and waiting so thankfully it disguises them. Other than that we are pleased.”

“Wasnât delivered within 3 working days as stated in advert so I rang to enquire if theyâd been dispatched which they hadnât been. The lady I spoke to said delivery will be within 5 days which I replied wasnât good enough as I needed it for a birthday present the next day. The website still states 2-3 day delivery times so I feel I was being fobbed off.
The lady then said the phone I purchased online wasnât available anymore but had other colours available. She then said she would check and call back to which I replied Iâd need an answer within the hour to allow me to purchase elsewhere for next day delivery - she agreed to do so but I didnât get an answer until 2.5 hours later which again is unacceptable.
I was offered a better condition phone but in a different colour to what I purchased - I agreed as I needed it next day and I was upgraded to next day delivery. The phone I received was as described but had to go through an ordeal to get it”
