“Delighted with both phones, as described. Not so happy with poor communications , basically lied to by staff, obviously not in stock when order placed and just fobbed off when asked where the phone , allegedly sat for a week in their despatch department.”

“The price was right, delivery was fine it was the unacceptable delay in receiving the phone that caused an issue. The expectation for delivery should have been set more realistically. Correspondence with the service team needs to be sharper and not have built in delays,particularly on emails. Got there eventually and the product is excellent , as described.”

“Ordering was easy and simple with a good selection of devices on the website.
Payment was taken and order accepted, updates were given but progress was a bit slower than expected.
Tracking number took a while to be issued and royal mail tracking number appeared over a day later.
Delivery was next day as per website and the quality of the device was as given on the web.
