Avoid This Company – Extremely Disappointing Experience
I strongly advise against sending your phone to this company. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand. They initially offered £282 for my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 3 5G (512GB, pristine condition). However, after receiving the device, they emailed me a few days later claiming it was only worth £2.
Naturally, I declined their offer and requested the return of my phone. My request was ignored until I mentioned that I would be contacting Trading Standards. Only then did they agree to return my phone, for which I had to pay the return postage myself.
When the phone was returned, it was no longer in the condition I sent it in. It had scratches all over it, and the internal screen had a large black line running through it, suggesting the device may have been bent or mishandled. As a result, the phone has been significantly devalued and is now unusable.
I will be reporting this company to Trading Standards. In my opinion, their practices are highly unprofessional and misleading.”

However, the £416 I was quoted for the phone reduced initially to £150 when they received my phone! Apparently the side buttons showed wear and tear but you could have these sorted for about £50.
It got back up to £210 in the end but still way below my expectations.
You’re stuck as they have your phone…..
I’ve used them once but won’t be going back again…..”

“I made a purchase on the 24th May, received the iPhone 13 on the 29th May. I ordered pristine condition but when I opened the package, there was a deep scratch to the screen and a few scratches on the body. I have messaged on the chat about this and I have emailed and I have been ignored. I never get a straight answer about anything. If I send a message via the chat, they tell me to email, and then it takes days for a reply of one word answers or completely ignore what i have asked. My purchase was a gift for a birthday which has now passed and I'm still no further forward 2 weeks on from purchasing. This company has let me down. I am very disappointed with the service received so far.”

I rang them a few times (wrong letter on email my error,) finally emailed, Tom couldn’t have been more helpful. My only negative is that it is very difficult to get to chat to a person by phone, but they are quick to respond to emails. Delivery was as promised, can’t comment on returns or refund as I don’t want one.”
