“This is my purchase of a refurbished phone. I ordered pristine and it truly is just that. I rang them a few times (wrong letter on email my error,) finally emailed, Tom couldn’t have been more helpful. My only negative is that it is very difficult to get to chat to a person by phone, but they are quick to respond to emails. Delivery was as promised, can’t comment on returns or refund as I don’t want one.”

“More than happy with the service received. Phone was delivered sooner than expected and was in mint condition. Unlike the last phone that I bought from another supplier, this one came with a charge cable and SIM card removal tool. Very satisfied and will certainly use them again”

“Amazing phone and service. I bought the phone as fair condition but honestly it looked so clean not a single mark (not that I can see anyway). The delivery was amazing and I got a charger I forgot I was receiving. Deffo will use again thanks!”

I was told to return the phone via a tracked service and I would receive a replacement. Since returning the phone I have had no reply to emails, messages and phone calls! They now have the phone and my money! It started off so well, such a shame they have appalling customer service! I have had to open a dispute with my bank to recover the money.”

I decided to keep the item for fear of never getting a replacement. Caveat Emptor !!!!!!!!!”

“Ordered a phone in 21 April it didn’t arrive cancelled ordered i was told refund on the way on 6 May phone that i cancelled arrived it was faulty returned phone they received it back on the 8 May im writing this review on 3 June I’m still waiting for a refund ,its not looking very good fir my refund so if you want a new phone use a different company”
“Absolutely appalling customer service. The phone I bought had a chip (much more than a hairline scratch) in a prominent place that was not expected from an ‘excellent’ graded phone. I have been passed between four different teams for the past 12 days trying to arrange a return, and no-one has answered the multiple phone calls I’ve made on different days/at different times trying to resolve.”
“Bought an iPhone 13 Pro. On 8th April. When it arrived it was faulty with a very dark screen and the screen kept going blank and had to be force started. I sent it back and they sent me back the same phone with the same fault. Returned it to them and asked for a full refund which they have not given. This fiasco has been going on for over seven weeks. The statutory rights have been totally ignored.”
