“I ordered a phone and it arrived very scratched and not the condition that was ordered. Returned the phone and have proof of delivery. 2 weeks later I have still not been refunded despite them texting me to say they had sent the refund - nothing received. As others have mentioned. They do not reply to emails and messages in anything like an acceptable timescale and dealing with a refund/return has been painful. Still not received my refund.
I have bought from them in the past and when it is straight forward the product and delivery is good. But any problems take forever to deal with due to them being so difficult to contact and get any kind of response.
I will not be using them again and am about to go to the Communications Ombudsman.”
“I virtually never leave reviews but I was very impressed by the mobile I received from Smart Cellular. Despite being a 2 year old Google Pixel 7a I received a absolutely pristine unit. Only the broken seals on the box and the absence of the protective film on the screen differentiated it from factory new.
Needless to say it was 100% functional and clearly has a battery that has had little use. I would certainly use Smart Cellular again and would even recommend them.”

“I ordered a phone on 20/4 and it’s still not arrived. All emails ignored and phone rings out. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. No apology or explanation . Avoid at all cost”
“Lost around £300 ordering a phone from here, arrived late with a screen that wasn’t working and a battery health of 76%, no communication and ignored emails so didn’t even attempt to send back for a refund and completely loose out, £100 on a new screen and £60 on a new battery, I will be taking this further!”
“I purchased a phone which was faulty so I returned it and as I needed a phone rather than wait for a refund I ordered another only in a different colour. This phone was not what I ordered and looked like the phone I returned and had the same defect. I also returned this phone and have been trying since March to get a refund for both phones but only got refunded for the first one plus the postage for the 2 phones. I have phoned and emailed several times and have not received any reply and when I did manage to get through on the phone the customer service was very rude and told me I wasn't making any sense!”

“Bought an iPhone 13 Pro Max - Pristine condition - and it was immaculate - not a mark on it. Couldn’t match the price on any other site and still got £15 off the marked price. 18 month guarantee, which was 6 months more than any other seller. Delivered on time with charging cable. Only criticism is that you don’t get to know the battery life before delivery. Mine was 82%, but I was hoping that since I bought a pristine condition phone that this would be higher. Otherwise highly satisfied and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend.”
